[CALL FOR PROJECT DESIGNERS]

THE CHANGE IS NOW

The Community Land Trust Brussels (CLTB) is back with a new project focused on innovation! In the centre of a densely populated district of Anderlecht, in the Rue Abbé Cuylits, a new complex of 9 homes with gardens will be built.

A housing stakeholder, which is itself innovative in its governance, the CLTB is looking for a multidisciplinary team which is interested in stimulating discussions between inhabitants, inventive in the choice of materials with a low environmental impact and able to design a circular, fast and light construction system.

As the site is in the middle of a densely populated district, particular attention also needs to be paid to the urban regeneration of the plot including landscaping that promotes biodiversity, the spatial quality and functionality of communal and distribution areas so as to energise community life and the project’s implementation time.

BUDGET: €1,568,000.00 excluding VAT.
FEES: The total amount of the fees is set at €188,000.00 excluding VAT, which is 12% of the work budget.
GRANT: €4,500 awarded to each of the five teams that are invited to bid and have submitted a regular tender. This amount is considered a fee advance for the winner.

The bouwmeester maître architecte accompanies the procedure of the project and will take part in the selection committee and the advisory committee.
