That is why the municipality wants to completely overhaul the building, integrating the library, games library and CPAS administrative services in addition to existing municipal services.<\/p>\n<p>However, this procurement contract does not include any plans for works on the part of the building that houses Auderghem cultural centre, on the Boulevard du Souverain side. Indeed, these two entities operate completely independently of one another and the procurement contract only covers the section of the building that houses the town hall, on the Rue Emile\u00a0Idiers side. The assignment is, first and foremost, to make this place a home for workers and citizens. The aesthetic and architectural structure of the building should also be preserved, innovative solutions relating to flexibility and sustainability must be proposed and particular attention should be paid to making the building accessible to disabled people.<\/p>\n<p>For this mission, the municipality is seeking a multi-disciplinary team (architecture, stability, specialist techniques, energy performance, acoustics) to deliver overall legibility and coherence to this complex development.
