They can also be leveraged to improve its functions in the interests of all its users.<\/p>\n<p>While some inequalities are clearly perceptible, others are intrinsically linked to the city and are perceived as unchangeable, particularly so when they reflect unequal societal practices such as distribution of domestic roles, the burden of care, inequalities linked to employment, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Perspective is committed to the gender mainstreaming of all of its missions so that gender equality is taken into account in all activities involved in the making of the city.
