The School Contract is an urban renewal initiative of the Brussels Region. Its aim is to improve the school environment by encouraging schools to open up to their neighbourhoods, making them active players in local life. To find out more about the School Contract, visit the official page <a href=\"https:\/\/perspective.brussels\/fr\/projets\/contrats-ecole\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/perspective.brussels\/fr\/projets\/contrats-ecole\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The assignment includes 3 parts for each School Contract to be\u00a0studied:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Part 1: diagnosis and defining priorities<\/li>\n<li>Part 2: intermediate action and investment programme<\/li>\n<li>Part 3: final action and investment programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>In order to carry out this mission successfully, the School Service is looking for a multidisciplinary team to draw up the programmes for the 3 (max.) new School Contracts. The team selected should be able to work in both French and Dutch, to ensure smooth collaboration with the various stakeholders.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><strong><br \/>\nSKILLS<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/strong>The following competences are required, as a minimum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architecture \u2013 Urban planning<\/li>\n<li>Writing \u2013 Communication<\/li>\n<li>Participation with particular attention to the young public and schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>AWARD CRITERIA<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality, clarity and relevance of the vision (40%)<\/li>\n<li>Quality, clarity and relevance of the working methodology (50%)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to synthesise and communicate graphically the issues of the School Contract (10%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>INDICATIVE TIMETABLE<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invitation to submit a tender : <strong>week of 11.09.2023<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Presentation of tenders to the jury : <strong>16.11.2023<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Award of contract and start of the mission : <strong>mid-december 2023<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>FEES<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The fees are fixed at \u20ac 100.000 excl.
