This is a mixed-use development comprising 120 homes and indoor and outdoor sports facilities. For the housing programme, approximately two-thirds of social housing units SLRB will be overseen by the Brussels Housing Corporation, while one-third of medium-income housing will be managed by the R\u00e9gie Fonci\u00e8re. The sports programme will have to consolidate the existing sports facilities, but also integrate those currently located at the Palais du Midi.<\/p>\n<p>The project will need to accommodate the specific features and challenges of each programme, while taking into account the discussions held as part of the urban renovation contract CRU 05 Heyvaert Poincar\u00e9, the Zoning Plan for the Porte de Ninove and Heyvaert, the BKP Canal and the project for the Sennette Park.<\/p>\n<p>The R\u00e9gie Fonci\u00e8re is the delegated client for the entire project, in collaboration with partners such as the City of Brussels Sports Service and the SLRB.
