However, unexpectedly it turned out that the publicprocurement platform was unavailable for maintenance just that afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>So it was necessary to postpone the deadline, but why not just to today? Legislation requires such a postponement to take at least eight days, with the consequence that the new submission date would fall in a weekend.
