The municipality aims to upgrade the 1960s school buildings, known for their stylish and understated architecture, to make them more energy-efficient while expanding their capacity to accommodate 440 pupils.<\/p>\n<p>The project extends beyond the school itself: it includes a music and performing arts academy, a library, a youth centre, and a caretaker&#8217;s residence. The design must enhance the synergy between these various functions, improve the site&#8217;s operation, and respect the architectural and landscape heritage.<\/p>\n<p>The municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is seeking a multidisciplinary team with expertise in architecture, landscape design, structural engineering, technical installations, and acoustics. Smart phasing is essential, as the works will take place while the site remains in use.
