The Marie-Curie Business Park is no exception. The owner, Baloise Belgium, supported by Harvest Management B.V. for the management of its real estate in Belgium, wishes to explore various possible scenarios for the future of this site through a feasibility study, from spatial, programmatic, and financial perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>Located on the outskirts of Brussels, near the Neerpede ponds and the Ring, the site benefits from a strategic and diverse context. The feasibility study will examine how a coherent and attractive combination of functions can be developed on the site, aligned with the owner\u2019s needs and the surrounding. It will take into account not only the built spaces but also the open areas and underground parking facilities.<\/p>\n<p>With the requalification of this site, the client aims to embed the project within a sustainable approach, where the preservation of the existing buildings, the environmental impact of the project, and its future management are central considerations. The goal is to optimise the buildings in a thoughtful and strategic way, exploring where the volume can be improved.<\/p>\n<p>Although the current assignment concerns a feasibility study, the client is already considering extending it into a full architectural commission, depending on the study\u2019s conclusions.
