Neither completely estranged from, nor completely integrated with its situation, this housing has its own typology. Indeed, by cutting through a very narrow block, the building disrupts the building line and heights. A situation which is not however devoid of qualities.<\/p>\n<p>The social housing agency of Saint-Josse is looking for a multi-disciplinary team to renovate all the housing located between the Rue du Vallon and the Rue Marie-Th\u00e9r\u00e8se. The building was constructed in 1983 and has never been the subject of an extensive renovation. The project aims to renovate and insulate the shell of the building&#8217;s 144 homes, including the replacement of the ventilation system.
