Ze beslaat momenteel 6.300 m\u00b2 in het gebouw BC in het hart van de Campus de la Plaine in Elsene. De universiteit wil ze dichter bij de andere faculteiten brengen die een gezondheidscluster vormen op de Erasmuscampus in Anderlecht. Dit zal de samenwerking binnen de cluster vergemakkelijken en synergie\u00ebn tot stand brengen in het onderwijs, maar ook in het onderzoek en de logistiek (personeel, infrastructuur). Deze verhuizing is ook een kans om het onthaal van de studenten, die sinds enkele jaren steeds talrijker worden, te verbeteren.<br \/>\nOm de ULB in dit project bij te staan, bestaat de opdracht uit een programmerings- en stedenbouwkundige haalbaarheidsstudie voor de verhuizing van de faculteit.<br \/>\nHet onderdeel programmering laat toe de behoeften van de faculteit te bepalen, zowel in haar huidige structuur als in de geplande ontwikkeling op middellange termijn, en te komen tot een duidelijk programmeringsvoorstel voor het toekomstige gebouw. Naast administratieve en onderwijslokalen zal het gebouw een groot aantal laboratoria en aanverwante functies herbergen. De studie moet ook rekening houden met de mogelijkheid tot studentenhuisvesting en de algemene functies van de gezondheidspool.<br \/>\nWat het stedenbouwkundige aspect betreft, is het de bedoeling de plaats van de faculteit binnen de campus te bepalen. Het richtplan van de ULB voor de Erasmuscampus is daarvoor het vertrekpunt. De studie stelt verschillende uitvoeringsscenario&#8217;s voor, die worden vergeleken en begroot. Deze scenario&#8217;s kunnen betrekking hebben op \u00e9\u00e9n of meer locaties, aangezien de opleidingen die de faculteit aanbiedt niet noodzakelijk in \u00e9\u00e9n enkel gebouw moeten worden ondergebracht.<\/p>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nCOMPETENTIES<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionele en technische programmering<\/li>\n<li>Stedenbouwkundige en architecturale programmering<\/li>\n<li>Vastgoed en financi\u00eble programmering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Het team moet referenties geven met betrekking tot elk van deze vaardigheden en, vanuit functioneel en technisch oogpunt, met de volgende thema&#8217;s: onderwijs en gezondheid, laboratoria.<br \/>\nDe aandacht van de inschrijvers wordt gevestigd op het feit dat de opdracht in het Frans zal worden uitgevoerd.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nGUNNINGSCRITERIA<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Kwaliteit van de methodologische nota<\/li>\n<li>Kwaliteit en relevantie van het team<\/li>\n<li>Coherentie van de verdeling van de vergoedingen ten opzichte van de methodologie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>INDICATIEVE PLANNING<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Uitnodiging voor een offerte: 27.02.2023<\/li>\n<li>Plaatsbezoek en infosessie: 06.03.2023<\/li>\n<li>Indiening van de offertes: 28.03.2023<\/li>\n<li>Presentatie van de offertes aan het adviescomit\u00e9: 31.03.2023<\/li>\n<li>Gunning en start van de opdracht: begin april 2023<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>ERELOON<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Het ereloon ligt vast op \u20ac 100.000 excl.
