Het Business Park Marie-Curie vormt hierop geen uitzondering. De eigenaar, Baloise Belgium, bijgestaan door Harvest Management B.V. voor het beheer van zijn vastgoed in Belgi\u00eb, wil via een haalbaarheidsstudie de verschillende mogelijke scenario\u2019s voor de toekomst van deze site verkennen, zowel ruimtelijk, programmatorisch als financieel.<\/p>\n<p>Gelegen aan de rand van Brussel, nabij de vijvers van Neerpede en de Ring, profiteert de site van een strategische en diverse context. De haalbaarheidsstudie zal onderzoeken hoe op de site een samenhangende en aantrekkelijke combinatie van functies kan worden ontwikkeld, in overeenstemming met de behoeften van de eigenaar en de omgeving. Daarbij wordt niet alleen rekening gehouden met de bebouwde ruimtes, maar ook met de open ruimtes en de ondergrondse parkings.<\/p>\n<p>Met de herwaardering van deze site wil de opdrachtgever het project inbedden in een duurzame benadering, waarbij het behoud van de gebouwen, de milieu-impact van het project en het toekomstige beheer centraal staan. Het doel is om de gebouwen op een doordachte en strategische manier te optimaliseren, waarbij wordt onderzocht waar het volume kan worden verbeterd.<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel de opdracht vandaag betrekking heeft op een haalbaarheidsstudie, overweegt de opdrachtgever al om deze te verlengen met een volledige architectuuropdracht, volgens de conclusies van de studie.
