De uitdaging is om een grootschalig logistiek programma te combineren met verschillende stedelijke functies die voor later gepland zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het nieuwe gebouw biedt een oppervlakte van 3.970 m\u00b2 voor logistiek, 575 m\u00b2 voor administratief gebruik en 11.500 m\u00b2 parkeergelegenheid. Op het gebouw komt een landschapsdak.<\/p>\n<p>De Deltadriehoek is een erg bijzondere site. Vandaag nog leeg en verborgen te midden van diverse verkeersinfrastructuur, maar eigenlijk een grondreserve die in een verdichtende stad nu tot ontwikkeling kan komen dankzij een ambitieuze visie om logistieke en productieve activiteiten verticaal te stapelen met publieke voorzieningen en kantoren, huisvesting, en landschappelijke publieke ruimtes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUDGET :<\/strong> 12.600.000 \u20ac excl. BTW<br \/>\n<strong>ERELONEN :<\/strong> forfaitair percentage van 5,5% op basis van de raming van de werken.
