Een nieuw duurzaam wijkcontract zet in op de wijk door ze te openen naar zijn omgeving, meer publieke en semi-publieke ruimten te voorzien en de wijk toegankelijker en herbergzamer te maken voor een kwetsbare bevolkingsgroep. Men verwacht dat de vele vastgoedopportuniteiten zich zullen lenen voor de herbestemming van leegstaande magazijnen en voor de realisatie van gemengde projecten met woningbouw en voorzieningen.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt een team gezocht voor de programmatie van het wijkcontract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OPDRACHT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De opdracht omvat het opmaken van het basisprogramma voor het duurzaam wijkcontract Stephenson binnen de termijnen en volgens de modaliteiten vastgelegd in de ordonnantie van 6 oktober 2016 (meer info: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #808080; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #808080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/wijken.brussels\/\">http:\/\/wijken.brussels\/<\/a><\/span><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>GEZOCHTE COMPETENTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architectuur \/ stedenbouw ;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring in programmatieopdrachten ;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring in participatietrajecten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>BUDGET EN PLANNING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voor deze opdracht werden de honoraria vastgelegd op 84.000 \u20ac excl. BTW ;<\/li>\n<li>De gunning van de opdracht is voorzien voor eind januari 2018 ;<\/li>\n<li>Elk team dat uitgenodigd wordt en een regelmatige offerte indient, maar niet weerhouden wordt ontvangt een vergoeding van 1.000 euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GUNNINGSCRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kwaliteit van de synthesenota (20%) ;<\/li>\n<li>Kwaliteit van de methodologie (60%) ;<\/li>\n<li>Kwaliteit en geloofwaardigheid van de voorgestelde planning (20%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als u interesse heeft voor deze opdracht, stuur dan ten laatste 15 december 2017 om 11u een e-mail naar het team bouwmeester ma\u00eetre architecte via <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #808080; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #808080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:appel-oproep@perspective.brussels\">appel-oproep@perspective.brussels<\/a><\/span><\/span> waarin u blijk geeft van uw belangstelling en de gegevens van het beoogde team vermeldt (maximale lengte 1 A4-blad toegevoegd als bijlage).
