Het werkt samen met de projectontwikkelaar BW Promo voor de organisatie van een wedstrijd voor de bouw van een complex van ongeveer 77.500 m\u00b2, waaronder 62.500 m\u00b2 woningen en 15.000 m\u00b2 productieactiviteiten.<\/p>\n<p>Het project ligt in een ondernemingsgebied in stedelijke omgeving (OGSO), dat als belangrijk kenmerk heeft dat verschillende functies er gelokaliseerd kunnen worden, in dit geval georganiseerd in een verticale vorm met een sokkel met productieactiviteiten en daarboven verdiepingen voor woningen.<\/p>\n<p>De uitdaging is om een innovatieve visie te ontwikkelen op het stadsleven in de wijk en om een nieuw stratenblok van hoge kwaliteit te cre\u00ebren voor de gemeenschap, die tegelijk beantwoordt aan de behoeften van de toekomstige Anderlechtenaars.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast moet het project niet alleen de voorschriften naleven van een OGSO, maar ook van het BBP Biestebroek en van de verkavelingsvergunning. Ook ligt het terrein in de perimeter van het Kanaalplan, waardoor het project eveneens moet aansluiten op de doelstellingen daarvan.<\/p>\n<p>Het adviescomit\u00e9 vond plaats op\u00a022 februari\u00a02018.
