NOVACITY<\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

Het debat rond de productieve stad staat in de wereld van stedenbouw en architectuur bovenaan de agenda. In tegenstelling tot de modernisten, die een scheiding tussen leef-, werk- en vrijetijdsplekken hanteerden, streeft men vandaag net naar een harmonisch samengaan van al deze activiteiten binnen \u00e9\u00e9n geheel: de stad. Met het project NovaCity pakt bouwheer citydev.brussels deze thematiek zonder omwegen aan. Een hybride ontwikkelingsproject voor +\/- 7.500m\u00b2 aan woningen en +\/- 7.600 m\u00b2 aan economische ruimtes.<\/p>\n

Het doel is dus om een gemengd project te ontwikkelen dat huisvesting, economische activiteiten en andere gebruiksvormen zoals handel omvat, waarbij het geheel perfect ge\u00efntegreerd is in de bestaande context en zich als een nieuwe centraliteit in de wijk profileert. Bij de keuze van de stedenbouwkundige opties werd ernaar gestreefd de ruimtelijke, technische en financi\u00eble programma\u2019s op elkaar af te stemmen en tegelijkertijd de kwaliteit van het geheel te waarborgen.<\/p>\n
