Zo wil ze zich opwerpen als pionier op dit vlak in Brussel. Vanuit die ambitie heeft ze een hele reeks opdrachten gelanceerd om heel snel kwaliteitsvolle sociale woningen in hout op te trekken.<\/p>\n<p>Het project Or\u00e9e, een perceel op de hoek van de Bosstraat en de Verbrandendreef in Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, is er daar \u00e9\u00e9n van. Verschillende teams van aannemers, houtexperts, architecten en studiebureaus hebben daarvoor twaalf woningtypes ontworpen. De BGHM heeft geopteerd voor een \u2018Design&amp;Build\u2019-procedure, waarbij de projectontwerpers vanaf de eerste schetsen samenwerken met de aannemer die de werken zal uitvoeren. Op die manier wordt de vakkennis van beide partijen optimaal gebundeld. Zo slaan architecten en firma\u2019s gespecialiseerd in houtbouw de handen in elkaar, om technisch effici\u00ebnte ontwerpen te bedenken die mooi passen in het stedelijk weefsel en heel leefbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het adviescomit\u00e9 vond plaats op 09.05.2018.
