D’IETEREN<\/h1>\n

D\u2019Ieteren Immo wil op zijn site Anderlecht Industrie, gelegen in het Kanaalgebied, een garage 2.0 bouwen: een multifunctioneel en flexibel gebouw met een garage van de toekomst waar de productieve en commerci\u00eble activiteit trots worden getoond.<\/p>\n

Een van de doelstellingen van deze investering is om een ruimte te cre\u00ebren waar de complementariteit tussen de verschillende huidige en toekomstige vervoerswijzen in steden mogelijk is, waarbij ook rekening wordt gehouden met de flexibiliteit in de tijd en duurzaamheid ervan. D\u2019Ieteren Immo wil dat het gebouw, waar de komende jaren activiteiten van de auto-industrie zullen plaatsvinden, snel aan veranderingen op het vlak van mobiliteit kan worden aangepast.<\/p>\n

Daarom is de missie vooral gericht op de bouw van een multifunctioneel, flexibel en duurzaam gebouw met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 24.000 m\u00b2. Het gebouw zal plaats bieden aan een aantal activiteiten, waaronder, in de eerste plaats, de handelsactiviteit (verkoop en klantenservice). De andere bebouwde oppervlakten zullen functies krijgen die overeenstemmen met de mogelijkheden die de bestemming van de grond (stedelijk industriegebied) biedt.<\/p>\n
