MANUFAKTURE<\/h1>\n

De site van Abattoir kent momenteel een sterke dynamiek. Na de opmaak van het masterplan voor de ontwikkeling van deze gigantische site werd overdekte markt de FOODMET gecre\u00eberd, al snel gevolgd door KOTMET, die een mix van commerci\u00eble functies en studentenhuisvesting voorziet.<\/p>\n

Het slachthuisbedrijf wil nu overgaan tot de derde realisatie van zijn masterplan: MANUFAKTURE, een gebouw dat bestemd is voor activiteiten gelinkt met voeding en het versnijden van vlees. Op de eerste verdieping komt een parkeergarage voor het gehele terrein. Abattoir vraagt ook om de haalbaarheid van een zwembad op het dak te onderzoeken, om het te activeren. De aanleg van dit zwembad zal afhangen van de beschikbare budgetten.<\/p>\n
