Om het woningaanbod te diversifi\u00ebren en beter af te stemmen op de veelheid aan individuele woonbehoeften wil de BGHM in het kader van de Alliantie Wonen 44 gemeenschapswoningen voor ouderen en enkele voorzieningen bouwen op de hoek van hetzelfde perceel als Arcadia. Het geheel zal worden beheerd door het OCMW. Het doel is om de toekomstige huurders \u00a0een zekere mate van autonomie te gunnen en tegelijkertijd isolement te vermijden door het gemeenschapsleven te bevorderen. Daarom is het voorgestelde programma gemengd en benadrukt het de interactie en het gezamenlijk gebruik tussen de woningen, de polyvalente zaal en de werkplaatsen voor het OCMW en dit alles met een prachtig uitzicht op het park en de groene omgeving van de wijk.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom is de BGHM op zoek naar een multidisciplinair team (architect, stabiliteitsingenieur, ingenieur speciale technieken, EPB-adviseur, veiligheids- en gezondheidsco\u00f6rdinator, landschapsarchitect) dat kan instaan voor de\u00a0volledige opdracht, d.w.z. studie en opvolging van de werken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aan de rand van het Scheutbos, op de gewestgrens, ligt het rust- en verzorgingstehuis Arcadia dat wordt uitgebaat door het OCMW van Molenbeek.
