Het project omvat de renovatie, de heropbouw en de uitbreiding van een oude bioscoop, een theater en een opbrengstgebouw. Het doel is een nieuwe infrastructuur te cre\u00ebren (met podiumzalen, modulaire ruimtes, technische en administratieve voorzieningen) voor diverse culturele en sociale activiteiten. De nieuwe infrastructuur zal alvast het cultureel centrum van Schaarbeek huisvesten.<\/p>\n<p>Gefinancierd door het stadsbeleid en het duurzaam wijkcontract Pogge, ligt de uitdaging voor de ontwerper vooral in de tijdsdruk om tot een totaaloplossing te komen.<\/p>\n<p>Het adviescomit\u00e9 vond plaats op 05.07.2019.
