Zo zijn er Charleroi Danse op nr. 21, de Recyclart en Vaartkapoen op nr. 13-15 en het Decoratelier van Jozef Wouters in de gebouwen rond de binnenplaats op nr. 17-19, een breed panel van artistieke creativiteit gegroepeerd in \u00e9\u00e9n straat. In deze context wil de Maatschappij voor Stedelijke Inrichting (MSI) de industri\u00eble gebouwen op de sites van Manchesterstraat nrs. 13 tot 19 herontwikkelen en renoveren om er een cultureel, artistiek en <\/span> <span lang=\"NL-BE\">creatief productiecentrum van te maken. Tot de doelstellingen van deze opdracht horen de herwaardering van het rijke industri\u00eble verleden van de gebouwen en het cre\u00ebren van interactie met de talrijke creatieve initiatieven in de Heyvaertwijk. Dit is een strategisch project in het kader van het StadsVernieuwingsContract (SVC) Heyvaert-Poincar\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"NL-BE\">Daarom is de MSI op zoek naar een multidisciplinair team (architectuur, stabiliteitsingenieur, ingenieur speciale technieken, milieu- en duurzamheidsexpertise inclusief PEB, gezondheids- en veiligheidsco\u00f6rdinatie en burgerparticipatie). De uitdaging van de opdracht is om op de &#8220;rijdende trein&#8221; te springen. Een voorstudie heeft immers het ruimtelijk, programmatisch en economisch potentieel van de site al onderzocht. Ook keurde de gewestregering een herontwikkelingsscenario goed. Het gezochte team\u00a0zal dus in de eerste plaats via een flexibele aanpak met het \u201cal aanwezige\u201d aan de slag moeten gaan: rekening houden met beslist beleid, met de lopende aanpassingswerken, met de tijdelijke en permanente gebruikers\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"NL-BE\">Het team zal de lopende idee\u00ebn constructief challengen, in dialoog met de verschillende belanghebbenden en dit project tot een goed einde brengen vanuit een algemene ontwikkelingsvisie voor deze nieuwe artistieke hotspot.<br \/>\nTenslotte vormen het ontwerp voor de circulatie, een gepaste herwaardering van de twee binnenkoeren en de creatie van een nieuw front langs de Manchesterstraat enkele van de bijzondere uitdagingen van deze opdracht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Het project bestaat uit \u00e9\u00e9n vaste en vijf voorwaardelijke schijven.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De Manchesterstraat in Molenbeek is een aaneenschakeling van creatieve plekken.
