Following The 10 BMA Points for a Good Competition, the BMA team continues its reflection on the conditions that foster the quality of urban and architectural projects in Brussels with a new publication: “The 10 BMA Points for a Good Program”. The brochure is the result of a series of discussions and workshops bringing together clients, designers and programming experts, and offers practical guidelines for strengthening project quality from the earliest stages.
Programming is not simply a preparatory phase; it is the very first act of a project. Site analysis, understanding needs, ambitions, feasibility, resource management and user participation: the brochure brings together ten recommendations drawn from Brussels-based experience to help clients develop projects that are more robust, relevant and sustainable.
To mark the publication, we warmly invite you to a presentation of the brochure followed by a discussion with different stakeholders on the challenges of architectural and urban programming.
