Spatial, technical and financial feasibility studies for public interest amenities

In order to provide the best possible support to developers of community amenities, the TFE would like to assist them with the spatial implementation of priority amenities.

The aim of the project is to carry out spatial, technical and financial feasibility studies for the rollout of community amenities. It also entails a “project-based research” component in relation to public amenities as part of the TFE’s support for public and private players.

The studies commissioned will focus in particular on infrastructure related to public cleanliness, mobility and safety (e.g. SIAMU emergency medical assistance service), without this list being exhaustive.
