From greening to renovating facades or organising mobility, public spaces are often subject to redevelopment. Each time a competition is not possible for such projects, either because the scope is too small, or because of the generic nature of the work involved. On the other hand, Brussels’ administrations cannot always cope up with preparing, designing or realizing the (re)development of this type of public space.
Brussels Mobility wants to help the task of public space owners by launching a framework agreement comprising several parts: mobility, public space, project supervision, participation and communication. This framework agreement is geared towards local and regional authorities responsible for public space.
Brussels Mobility is looking to put together a pool of 5 teams in each part. The subsequent contracts resulting from this framework agreement will be awarded to one of the 5 teams, on the basis of a mini-competition. The duration of the framework agreement is 4 years.
Interested candidates are invited to submit a tender to be selected in one of the pools by the deadline of 04.09.2023 at 11 AM. This is a one step procedure and all details about the several parts are explained in the tender documents.
