Drawing up of a typological catalogue of amenities and recommendations on the pooling of these amenities

The aim of this contract is to draw up a typological catalogue of amenities, focusing on spatial, economic, qualitative and social aspects. It also aims to come up with recommendations on the pooling of these amenities.  These results will be fed into the proposals of the Amenities Taskforce (TFE) for the programming of public amenities in general. In addition, this work will

contribute to the discussions underway as part of the reform of the PRAS (Regional Land Use Plan).

The typological guide that will be produced will have to examine the complementary functions of the amenities, taking into account in particular their contribution to the general interest within the meaning of community amenities. Each type sheet will also establish links with the possibilities for sharing amenities with other functions.

This contract is divided into a definite part and a conditional part.

The purpose of the conditional part is to complete the typological catalogue and the handbook for the definite part by incorporating new priority facility types that may be identified following a study carried out in parallel with this contract. The aim of this study is to benchmark approaches to the Neighbourhood City.
