Perspective.brussels is looking to supplement the skills of its teams with an outside perspective for some special projects. As such, Perspective is launching a framework agreement to form a small group of financial experts. This framework agreement will run for four years and comprises three lots, the first of which will also be used by BMA.
The BMA firmly believes that the accuracy and quality of the project’s budget estimate are essential to secure the success of a competition. The estimate drawn up when defining the project must be realistic and based on as many known factors as possible, such as the programme, the specific context and the ambitions of the client. To support this approach, the first lot of the framework agreement therefore aims, on the one hand, to establish cost of works estimates based on a programme and, on the other hand, to verify and appraise cost of works estimates that have already been established. The work will relate to architecture, public space, infrastructure and regional planning projects.
The second lot involves estimating the set up costs of real estate developments and identifying potential methods, financial actors and sources of finance. The third lot involves monitoring and benchmarking such elements in projects.
For each lot, a maximum of two bidders will be selected to participate in a framework agreement.
