Greenbizz, an incubator for sustainable projects, will be complemented by Greenbizz II in the Tivoli-Greencity district. The ambition is to make these two projects a single entity in its operation and management. The new building will function as a centre of diverse productive activities (craft, industrial, high technology, … goods) with multiple floors and strong ambitions in terms of the circular economy and sustainable development.

The Greenbizz II project of citydev.brussels stands out for its desire to develop a “zero-carbon” real estate project, its ambitions in terms of integrating reused materials and technical and spatial reversibility, and the use of BIM in order to create a database for managing the building via a connected platform. citydev.brussels has collaborated with Brussels Environment on the ambitions of technical sustainability and wishes to develop an innovative and collaborative project stimulating reflections and results as exemplary as possible.
