Study of approaches to the Neighbourhood City and formulation of strategic and regulatory recommendations, including for

The “Neighbourhood City” concept is defined in the Regional Sustainable Development Plan. It highlights the importance of accessibility to cultural and sporting infrastructures with a local, regional and international impact, which make a major contribution to regional quality of life. The Region’s ambition is to come up with a spatial distribution that guarantees every inhabitant easy access to services and amenities wherever they live.

This ambition is shared by Perspective, which is seeking to achieve the vision through this contract in particular.
