The Community Land Trust Brussels (CLTB) is back with a new project focused on innovation! In the centre of a densely populated district of Anderlecht, in the Rue Abbé Cuylits, a new complex of 9 homes with gardens will be built.

A housing stakeholder, which is itself innovative in its governance, the CLTB is looking for a multidisciplinary team which is interested in stimulating discussions between inhabitants, inventive in the choice of materials with a low environmental impact and able to design a circular, fast and light construction system.

As the site is in the middle of a densely populated district, particular attention also needs to be paid to the urban regeneration of the plot including landscaping that promotes biodiversity, the spatial quality and functionality of communal and distribution areas so as to energise community life and the project’s implementation time.
